In October, Aeroflot Technics, an aircraft maintenance and repair provider, visited Institute No. 2 Aviation, Rocket Engines and Power Plants of the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) in order to attract young specialists. The visit to Institute No. 2 became a landmark for the company, because in the summer of 2024, the MRO provider of Aeroflot Technics opened a certified engine repair shop. The new workshop performs work on the search and elimination of engine defects and malfunctions, aircraft engine repair work in accordance with the production plan, as well as work aimed at timely commissioning of faulty engines. At the moment, the recruitment of young specialists of this specialization is underway in connection with the expansion of the capacities produced and an increase in the volume of work performed in the controlled access zone of Sheremetyevo airport. Recall that for six years, Aeroflot Technics has been cooperating with federal and regional specialized educational institutions. Realizing the importance of the issue of training future aviation specialists, the provider is currently actively cooperating with more than 15 educational institutions in different cities of our country. _________
