A-Technics on the forum «Step into the Profession»

Representatives of A-Technics held a meeting with the leadership of the A.N. Tupolev – KAI Kazan University and took part in the forum «Step into the Profession»

Representatives of the maintenance and repair provider A-Technics held a visiting meeting with the leadership of the Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev – KAI, and also took part in the joint youth career forum «Step into the Profession», which was held in Kazan from April 19 to 21.

On the part of A-Technics, Yulia Chichko, the Head of the Personnel Management Service, and representatives of departments responsible for the selection, development, training and advanced training of personnel took part in the meeting with the university management.

Opening the meeting, Acting Rector of Kazan University – KAI Timur Alibayev expressed hope that the first visit would eventually develop into fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation.

In response, Yulia Chichko noted that A-Technics is always ready to cooperate with educational institutions, invited university students to practice, and also thanked for organizing the forum, interesting requests from student applicants and work on the site. She spoke about the company's activities and opportunities for interaction.

The A-Technics stand was presented at the forum site, within the framework of which representatives of the provider actively communicated with students and guests of the forum. Yulia Chichko held a presentation of the company for students in the specialties of the aviation-technical profile, according to the results of which students expressed interest in passing an internship at the production of A-Technics.

The forum «Step into the Profession» was held within the walls of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan and became the key to business cooperation in promoting the employment of graduates. The event was organized by three leading technical universities of the region. The stands of companies from the energy sector, IT, aircraft and helicopter construction, as well as civil aviation were presented at the site.

Recall that A-Technics has been cooperating with federal and regional specialized educational institutions for four years. In 2021, joint programs were significantly expanded. Currently, A-Technics closely cooperates with more than 15 educational institutions in different cities of our country.
