A-Technics at the FEMA meeting

A-Technics took part in the meeting of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association

The provider of maintenance and repair of aircraft A-Technics (part of the Aeroflot Group) took part in an expanded field meeting of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association for an enlarged group of specialties and directions, which was held on June 2 and 3 on the basis of the Siberian State University of Science and Technology named after Academician M.F. Reshetnev in the city of Krasnoyarsk.

During two days, within the framework of open discussions and round tables, topical issues of building an educational process for training future specialists in air navigation, and the operation of aviation and rocket and space technology were discussed.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and delegations of aviation and technical universities from Moscow, Kazan, Samara, Voronezh, Irkutsk and Blagoveshchensk.

On behalf of A-Technics, the event was attended by General Director Mikhail Korobovich, Head of the Personnel Management Service Yulia Chichko and Deputy Head of the Personnel Training and Qualification Department Anton Zverev.

Yulia Chichko made a report on personnel training in the interests of employers at the federal level. As part of her speech, she outlined problematic issues and ways to solve them, as well as a story about the successful experience of A-Technics in organizing students' internships at the company's production base.

It is important to note that A-Technics pays great attention to the issues of interaction with educational organizations of aviation-technical profile, joint work with which allows to improve the educational process of training future specialists.
