The A-Technics team took part in the Heroes Race

8 kilometers and 26 obstacles. The A-Technics team took part in the Heroes Race

On June 25, 2022, the most famous and large–scale obstacle race in Russia, the Heroes Race, took place at the Alabino military training ground near Moscow.

The A-Technics team took part in an 8.2-kilometer race, during which 26 obstacles were passed.

The decision to take part in the Race is a challenge that each of the participants took on voluntarily.

The team consisted of 10 employees from different departments, members of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the PRIAS GA of Russia in A-Technics:

• Andrey Avdeev – Leading engineer,
• Pavel Baranov – Head of the Quality Control and Assurance Service,
• Ruslan Karimov – Planning engineer,
• Breadwinner Artyom is an aircraft technician,
• Mikhail Korobovich is a specialist of the motivation,
• Ekaterina Kulikova – Specialist of the procurement department,
• Vladimir Kulyupin – leading specialist of the procurement department,
• Ksenia Milovanova – Senior specialist of the procurement department,
• Alexander Pautov – Aircraft technician,
• Pavel Savinkov is a specialist of the logistics group.

Ruslan Karimov became the initiator and inspirer of the A-Technics team's participation in the Race, and the company's trade union took over the organization. The team was accompanied by a personal instructor throughout the distance.

In addition to personal testing and testing yourself for strength, the Race forms and hones the skills of team interaction. A-Technics employees overcame every obstacle together, helping each other where it was necessary. And the team was supported by an impressive support group of colleagues who also came to Alabino to recharge with positive emotions and mood.

In total, the event was attended by more than 200 teams from the largest companies in Russia, such as Yandex, Rosneft, Gazpromneft, Russian Railways, Ozon, Neftemagistral, GBU Avtodor and others. The A-Techs team was one of 140 teams that finished with a full squad. The result was 2 hours and 48 minutes.
