Aeroflot Technics at a meeting with the Governor of Primorye

The management of Aeroflot Technics and the Governor of Primorye discussed the possibility of training specialists in the operation and maintenance of aviation equipment.

Within the framework of a working meeting with the Governor of Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako, the management of the provider of maintenance and repair of aircraft Aeroflot Technics discussed the possibility of training specialists in the operation and maintenance of aviation equipment under the network educational program «Design, technology of operation and repair of aviation equipment» on the basis of the Far Eastern Federal University.

As emphasized in Aeroflot Technics, the need for graduates of the declared program is very high. If we talk about specialists in the operation and maintenance of aviation equipment, at least 70 people are needed per year, if we are talking about the repair of aggregates and components, 50 employees are ready to offer jobs. Thanks to the strategic position of the university in Vladivostok, it is possible to organize the training and development of aviation personnel for the entire Far East.

More than 300 students are interning at the company every year. Students can find a job after the third year. They have access to workplaces equipped with the latest equipment, opportunities to study advanced areas and unique methods of maintenance of aviation equipment, as well as work among professionals.

«This is a vital necessity. We have preserved the aircraft engineering education in Arsenyev and intend to develop it in the future. Now the company Aeroflot Technics, which is engaged in aircraft maintenance, has arrived here to create a training and training system directly at our Vladivostok airport, which unites many aviation companies. The company has high competencies, many people trust it. And the most important thing is that the level of training of graduates will meet international requirements», – emphasized the Governor of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako.

Recall that as part of the systematic process of expanding the geography of Aeroflot Technics presence in the Far Eastern Federal District, on June 30, 2023, the provider opened a linear station at Yelizovo Airport. Previously, linear stations were opened at the airports of Vladivostok and Khabarovsk. The total number of linear stations providers in various cities of our country has reached 14, which is the largest network in Russia among MRO enterprises.
