Aeroflot Technics took part in the Aeroflot motorcycle roadtrip

Aeroflot held a corporate motorcycle roadtrip Moscow – Suzdal – Moscow dedicated to the Year of the Family

From September 6 to 8, Aeroflot held a large–scale Moscow – Suzdal – Moscow motorcycle roadtrip dedicated to the Year of the Family. The convoy included more than 100 motorcycles operated by employees of Aeroflot, Rossiya and Pobeda, the maintenance provider Aeroflot Technics, as well as employees of Sheremetyevo International Airport and other airline partners. Current pilots, flight attendants, ground and office staff are among the participants of the motorcycle rally. In honor of the Year of the Family, 25 participants of the run made the trip not alone, but accompanied by co–pilots – their relatives or friends.

The motorcycle roadtrip started on September 6 from the Melkisarovo office complex. On this day, the participants of the motorcycle roadtrip arrived in Suzdal and for two days participated in a rich cultural program: they visited local museums, master classes and city festivals, where flights on thermal balloons became the highlight of the program. The column returned to Moscow on September 8. The total length of the round trip route was more than 440 kilometers.

The Aeroflot Group fully supports and strives to strengthen family values, said Ilya Perfiliev, Aeroflot's Deputy General Director for Personnel and Organizational Development, who also participates in the motorcycle race. – This year, we invited participants to take their family members on a trip to spend time with their loved ones and share vivid impressions with them. I am glad that this initiative has found a response: every fourth motorcycle rides with a co-pilot on board. And the total number of our column is twice as large as last year.

Aeroflot is holding a corporate motorcycle rally for the second time. In the summer of 2023, motorists drove under the flags of the airline from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod and back, dedicating their journey to the 100th anniversary of the country's first passenger air line.
