A-Technics maintenance and repair provider (Aeroflot Group) has successfully passed the audit of the Federal Air Transport Agency to obtain the FAP-21 Section J certificate, which allows the development of documentation for the manufacture of a number of components for any types of aircraft of domestic and Western production.

Within the framework of the received approval, the provider will develop documentation for the production and modification of components of buffet and kitchen equipment, passenger cabin, crew cabin, emergency rescue equipment, insulation, cladding, etc. The production of parts will be carried out both jointly with partner organizations that will have the FAP-21 section G certificate (manufacturer's certificate) or under the A-Technics quality system, and independently in accordance with the FAP-285 certificate.

To implement this project, the material base was prepared at A-Technics and two new divisions were formed: the design department and the aviation equipment certification department, which included the most experienced specialists.

During the audit, representatives of the Federal Air Transport Agency and the Aviation Registry checked the work of departments, professional competencies of employees, internal regulatory documents of the organization, inspected production, warehouse and office premises. A-Technics has fully confirmed compliance with the requirements of the regulator.
